We are very confident in the quality of our products, so we offer an exclusive 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will gladly issue a refund of the product price back to you. Your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends the day you ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your package to us.

Step 1: Call our Customer Care Center at +1-888-997-3787 or email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Simply obtaining an RMA number within the 30 days does not ensure a refund – your return shipment must be postmarked by the 30th day in order to be eligible. Step 2: Our customer service department will ask you to have your receipt in hand to confirm your purchase. We do this to ensure that we are dealing with the actual customer to protect both our customers’ personal information and our safe business practices. Step 3: Ship the product to us. We recommend you add tracking and insurance to your package when returning it to us. This will allow you to track the progress of your returned item, guarantee that we have received it, and protect you in the case your package gets lost by your shipping carrier. Aspectek is not responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. Step 4: Once we have received your return, we will gladly issue you a refund of the product price back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 7 business days of receiving your return. A confirmation email is sent if we have your email address on file.

All Aspectek products, when purchased as new from a certified Aspectek vendor, come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty against any defects in manufacturing. If something goes wrong with your unit(s) due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will gladly replace or repair the item. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. Upon receipt, the device will be assessed by a qualified technician. If the device is found to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped at our cost. If the device is found to be in working condition, the product will also be shipped back at our cost. The one-year manufacturer's warranty does not extend to replacement units.

All Aspectek products come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. This applies to products purchased from our authorized retailers online and in store. The 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty begins the day your item is purchased and ends a year from that day. The one-year manufacturer's warranty does not extend to replacement units.

  • Products purchased as used or second-hand
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailer and distributor
  • Damage resulted from misuse of product
  • Damage resulted from water or other liquids
  • Damage resulted from chemicals, fire, and/or radioactive substances
  • Damage resulted from natural disaster

 

EU directive 1999/44/EC,  grants EU citizens purchasing within EU market a  'Two-year guarantee applies for the sale of all consumer goods everywhere in the EU’.

Please contact your sellers to obtain the second year of the warranty if you did not purchase the item on our Aspectek site (www.aspectek.com).
